Key challenges:
- Implementation of a customer loyalty card in a very short period of time (approx. 6 weeks) with the objective of a value-increasing further development of the current customer base and the acquisition of new customers.

- Support of Möbel Kraft in all topics concerning the implementation of the loyalty card, particularly
- Design of all relevant dialogue marketing activities (loyalty card, welcome mailing, POS etc.).
- Design of the registration form.
- Elaboration of the general terms and conditions of the program and its data privacy statement.
- Design of all financial and accounting related issues in the context of the loyalty card.
- Design of the program processes and its following integration into the internal process landscape.
- Alignment and design of the card number logic.
- Selection and steering of relevant service providers (card production, print, data capturing etc.).
- Identification of time-critical project tasks and controlling of task completion within timelines.
