The project:
- Generation of promising approaches for customer retention at DocMorris besides the current prescription bonus under consideration of the complex and constantly changing surrounding conditions, especially the current legal situation; Preparation, execution, active participation and post-processing of a creative workshop for the generation of successful approaches for customer retention (usage of selected creativity methods)
- Prioritization and evaluation of identified approaches regarding feasibility and retention impact; Deduction of recommended actions
Objectives and results:
- Extensive documentation of the identified approaches and results of the workshop; Concrete recommendation for further steps for the implementation of the identified approaches incl. action planning
- Development of a multiplicity of innovative and promising approaches for customer retention; Substantiated basis for decision-making regarding implementation of approaches and recommended action for the next steps
